1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services, applications, software products (including BillFi, LogFi, and OLTFi), or website provided by Qbify Technologies ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Proprietary Software Licenses & Intellectual Property

All proprietary software products, source code, visual interfaces, documentation, and database schemas developed by Qbify Technologies remain the intellectual property of Qbify Technologies, protected under international copyright and DMCA regulations. Clients purchasing custom engineering solutions retain full ownership of custom application logic and proprietary client data as defined in individual Master Service Agreements (MSAs).

3. Service Delivery & SLAs

We provide software engineering, technical consulting, and maintenance support on milestone and sprint timelines agreed upon in writing. While we implement high availability standards (99.9% uptime architecture), we are not liable for third-party hosting failures, upstream telecom fiber cuts, or unauthorized network modifications made outside our approved deployment pipelines.

4. Payment & Billing Terms

Invoices for software licensing, custom sprint development, and add-on subscriptions must be settled according to stated terms. In the event of non-payment beyond statutory grace periods, Qbify reserves the right to suspend API access or active server synchronization until accounts are reconciled.
