Qbify Technologies collects information provided directly by clients during project scoping, software licensing, and inbound contact submissions (such as names, business emails, phone numbers, and technical briefs). For our SaaS and on-premise networking products, telemetry and operational log indices are stored strictly on client-designated database environments.

2. How We Use Collected Data

We use collected data solely to:

• Deliver, configure, and maintain software platforms and engineering deliverables.
• Process payments, invoices, and SLA support tickets.
• Send critical incident alerts, network telemetry notifications, and security advisories.
• Comply with regulatory data audit compliance standards.

3. Zero Data Sharing Guarantee

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data, source code, or subscriber records to any third-party marketing brokers. Data is processed exclusively by trusted cloud providers (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) under enterprise encryption in transit and at rest.

4. Data Ownership & Retention

Clients retain 100% ownership of their subscriber databases and operational logs. Upon termination of services, clients may request complete data extraction and permanent destruction of any temporary backup records in our staging environments.
