End User License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Qbify Technologies grants the licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install, execute, and use our software products (including BillFi, LogFi, and OLTFi) strictly in accordance with purchased seat counts and server nodes stipulated in your invoice.

2. License Restrictions

Unless expressly permitted under written agreement, you may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble proprietary binary modules.
• Sub-license, rent, lease, or resell the software to third parties.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, trademarks, or copyright labels.

3. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this agreement will terminate automatically without notice from Qbify Technologies if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and delete all instances in your possession.
